Who is Jonathan Baynes?

Jonathan Baynes is regarded as one of the leading experts in CHANGE. He was change director one of the largest policing transformation programs in Europe (C3i program for MET Police) and has had significant exposure from the inside of how big government introduces change to 1) on the negative side - to coerce its people and strengthen its own power base, and 2) on the positive side to introduce and ensure the adoption of changes for the benefit of society. Jonathan takes great pleasure in helping citizens understand how they are being coerced and how best to respond within the broken systems that are currently in place.
Jonathan is not right-wing or left-wing anything and refuses to be put in a box - the world is too complex and amazing for any of that nonsense. He loves the environment, he loves the diversity of all people groups and the multiplicity of perspectives we see across humanity. He is a bit of a sh!t stirrer, but communicates with love and good intentions. His academic background is in theology, education and management and he dropped out of a doctoral program at the University of Bath in England. His people are freedom fighters willing to call BS as needed - the smarter the better.
Jonathan is also an idealist and delegator able to build strong executive teams of diverse types of people who can make things happen and are extremely pragmatic (think engineers and accountants).
Jonathan helps founders and executives develop blueprints for the betterment of their organizations as well as manage subsequent changes.
Jonathan is pastoral at heart, which means he cares deeply for individuals who are struggling and for people who have not found their sense of meaning or purpose in life.

I've been engaged with most of the following companies as a consultant and change strategist of some kind or other:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Engagements with these projects is NOT an endorsement of their activities, and in many cases his job was to speak truth and call BS particularly to government.
